    I have Botcon thrust, and seeing that he was released as part of Generations made me think 'hrmm, well, sucks I paid so much for mine, but on the other hand, i've gotten to enjoy having a Thrust figure for years before others got the chance to, and there's still some differences with him I prefer over retail, so, it's no biggie'.

    I would think most rational people are the same. Elias however, obviously has some issues.

    For once we agree on something! And we could expand it to include any other needless "legal" actions that involve transformers... which I don't know of any off hand.. but I am sure there is some somewhere.

    You know though, I am actually a little disappointed, I was hoping for someone to show up backing up the suit and calling us all trolls and so on, but no one has.. can't somebody job for us or something?:lol

    I'm surprised he isn't mad that Thundercracker isn't an actual jet, like it says on the box...he's only a toy!

    That's false advertising! If a box says a Transformers' alt form is a jet, it better be a real jet, dang-gum-it!

    I just preordered a Wheeljack/Warpath/Thundercracker set (despite saying I wouldn't preorder anything from BBTS again. I am officially a hypocrite.).

    I now feel a lot dumber because of this news...

    I could actually see this becoming problematic. Sure, the guy's a complete tool and probably has a snowball's chance in hell of winning...but if this does take up any real ammount of time it COULD make Hasbro second guess some otherwise great Botcon ideas just in case they have to once again pay their high priced lawyers to defend it. Hasbro isn't exactly raking in $$$ hand over fist on toys with such a small run and even a moderate lawyer fee could make a toy like that would otherwise be cool unprofittable.

    I cant believe i missed this thread before now. lol. I posted my own thread cause i didnt know some one had beaten me to it but damn this is freaking hilarious. This moron thinks he has a legitmate case is what blows my mind more than anything, who the hell cares enough to even go this far over toys

    I don't even think Hasbro would even have to waste their legal department's time with this one. More like send a couple interns to court to wait for the judge to dismiss this butthurt crybaby's joke!

    I would hardly think he would. Because then that would open the floodgates for all other type toys to follow suit in some kinda "lawsuit" as it were, like certain Star Wars figures that were supposed to be "exclusives". For example, there was an Utapau Shadow Clone Trooper that was a "Target Exclusive". A few years later or so, it was re-released in a single card packaging you could find at any retail store (only this time, it came with a black coin). The botcon 2007 TC (as some have stated) is a "different" toy. Different enough to where people who know, can distinguish the differences. I think the botcon TC will still retain its value regardless.

    *edit* OMG....I just read the petition and it is hilarious :lol
