That's fine (and echos my own personal experience), but doesn't really answer my question about how easily (or not) you might access the boxes should it be determined that changes need to be made.

Yes I was, asked one of the questions, it went very well and I hope you can do it again next year. And just a shot in the dark here but the other head master Jr, would they have used E downshift and even inferno as bodies?

    1. On rare occasions, certain issues have been spotlighted. It is a very rare thing though if our terms and conditions do not specifically acknowledge that, I will look in to making sure it is clarified.

    2. It's not. We spotlight fiction more some issues than others, but the format has been pretty consistent for the last 6 years.

    3. I will also look in to making sure this is updated.

    4. I will personally look in to this.

Thank you. I appreciate your acknowledgement of these questions, that these issues actually exist and your assurances these issues will be subsequently looked into. I will watch this thread with interest to see if the explanations are expanded upon down the line once you have had the chance to look into them as you have stated you will. This makes me feel far better about the TFCC and that I as a customer am not being ignored. :)

In regards to the comic vs actual magazine content of your bi-monthly magazine, I will have to check out the next issue for a comparison of how many pages are used by each, though by the sounds of it many people enjoy this format anyway. Due to living on a remote farm in the bush with very limited internet access (I tend to do this kind of internet stuff during my free time at work) I am probably one of the few people who looks to the magazine for info that I can pick up and read at my leisure, whereas others can simply surf sites such as this with impunity to find out all the latest news, so probably value the comic content more.

I was wondering what the motivation was behind making a second Shattered Glass Prime instead of doing another character? Thank you for taking the time to answer all these questions.

Not bad but I get why you didn't do them, the headmasters would have been tiny at that size.

If I were to guess, I'd say that it was somewhat of a no-brainer for them:

    1. 2008 SG Prime is ridiculously expensive on the secondary market.
    2. He's a "top-tier" character.
    3. The RTS toy gave FP an opportunity to re-release the character using a
very different mold which sets him even further apart from the previous
release as well as Classics Prime.
    4. The RTS mold gives him a huge frackin' sword which showcases his brutal
    nature.
    5. They were already using the same mold for SG Magnus so what was the
alternative? SG Nemesis Prime? SG Motormaster?

-SS (sounds like a "perfect storm" to me...)

    There ya go!

SG Nemesis Prime could just be Classics Prime so he retains his G1 colors. Standard repurposing. :)

-SS (unless you'd rather redeco him in Motormaster colors as a nod to
"Masquerade" in which case Classics NP might suffice.)

If you could go back in time and fix a QC or head issue with any FunPub toy, which would you redo?

    Couple of quick questions:
I'm not sure if it was before your time, but if it wasn't.... how the heck did "Nexus Maximus" ever get past everyone?

On a similar note, with new combiners coming out in 2015, can you say if there's any consideration to doing an updated Nexus Prime figure at some point? Possibly with the red and blue as large accents on a more neutral color to keep him from being almost painful to look at?

What is one figure that you've always wanted the club to do but straight-up can't for reasons *other* than Hasbro stepping in (since you can't say what Hasbro's told you not to do 'cos they're doing it anyway). For example, I'd love to see a Movie SG Prime, but you're not allowed to use the movie molds, and it would probably be outside of budget anyway.

Finally, are you allowed to use figures like Evasion Mode Optimus Prime or the new Movie Dinobots? If so, is anything on the table with those figures? They're a fantastic group of toys with some innovative transformations, and I'd love to see them used more.

Basically, Hasbro forgot to turn off "safe search."

I second this. Although I don't mind his colorscheme as it stands. You know, story accuracy and whatever :D

Interesting... so, this pseudo-non answer could mean that Circuit Breaker is on the books to happen, or is included in a list of possible products submitted to Hasbro and just waiting for the YAY or NAY from the big wigs... Either way, that's awesome. Hopefully she happens.

Yeah, I kinda thought that would be the case. I still dig that figure and think Metalhawk or Overlords nose scraping issue are bigger deals though.
