Me too brother. But funny enough, if i get him in X colors, i may end up choosing to display him with the look he has now, except red eyes. That would differentiate him a bit more from my Scoria X.

I am suddenly interested in Caesium today after accidentally breaking a part off of the chrome dino "collar" of my Scoria figure while transforming him. It superglued pretty well, but the crack is visible and I'll always know it's broken now. So maybe I get Caesium for my at home Dinobot collection and then have broken scoria and (recently dispossessed by Grinder) mp8 grimlock hang out at the cottage or something? Decisions...

Not to dissuade you but you can always email FT at [email protected] if you want to fix it, I got a new full toon scoria head shipped for $15 from them. If they have the spares they are really good about selling them cheap for breakages.

Thanks I think I will do that! I also need some stuff for my Soar who has a rather ironic name, as in my experience I find he tends to Plummet when exposed to gravity :D

So this kept getting pushed back and back. Gave me time to reconsider getting these guys, because I like them, they look great, but I also like the MP Beast Wars that have come out and I won't have room for both lines. The five dinobots, will they fit in two shelves of a Detolf, in robot mode, and will there be room alongside them for smaller MP carbots?

It wont win any photography awards but here's a quick one I took after getting grinder to give you an idea.
Theres an extra scoria on the bottom so less room than there would be normally.

Awesome Dino X goodness!!! I also love that you have the cool duo of Diaclone Scoria and Soar together in the back bottom shelf.

Are you also getting Grinder X and Caesium X to add to it? I dont see any space for them though... Hmm, if you can fit another detoff attached to current, somehow, then that will definitely help. So, maybe 3 shelves on the second one instead of 4, where 2 would be used for Grinder X / Caesium X, and maybe Caesium regular, and maybe separating the Scoria / Sever regular from the Scoria / Soar Diaclone duo (ie make them more visible, instead of hidding in the back), and maybe one shelf for Pheonix and others you may want. If you skip Pheonix, then you can definetly spread out your dinos better and make them more visible. Either way, one more detoff woudl be a great ;)

one more to do the 5 across the top 2 shelves is the end goal, but will need to wait till I've built my office/man cave.
Grinder x will swap out mp08x, cranium it will depend on how I like the toon one in hand.
Phoenix will be in the lower shelves in the same set up too.

I wonder if Fans Toys are giving Perfect Fusion a little bit of a hard time? Maybe they don't like the idea of a competing product.

I know that, but who's to say the remaining members of Fans Toys are happy with him going out solo and releasing a competing product?
And I'm pretty sure he did say that Perfect Fusion was just him with a new designer.

i think he was probably encouraged to by the rest of fanstoys or fanstoys as a whole decided on perfect fusion to get the new slag mold out there without getting too much flack from the people that buy their products , why piss the people off you work for ? if they were pissed with him i doubt he would still be their representative

the delays with this are just normal fanstoys delays like with all their products

Doubt it very much, if anything they seem to be a splinter faction or some offshoot, sister company of some sort, not competitors. If anything I think Caesium was just held off because maybe there wasn't that much demand for it as Scoria was out already and most already had it, they probably saw it more profitable in prioritising and releasing a product in Phoenix, which demand is high for and doesn't have any viable direct competition.
