I so hope this is still happening. With all the s3 stuff FT is releasing, my collection so needs cyclonus and scourge!

Maybe the shadows besides galvi are just a comparison of how they would be.

 

Its a thing. Phoenix and Grinder started off as shadows. Dalianjj even mentioned it was coming later.

 

I'm glad for that, i rather have first cyclonus than scourge ino.

 

After getting Sovereign, I definitely need FT's take on Cyclonus and Scourge. The X-Transbots versions won't cut it for me.

 

I got XTB's Scourge and Cyclonus and I love them but, FansToys version, count me in!

 

You know guys,with my XTB Andras right beside me as I type this honestly he just doesn't cut it for me anymore,especially with the prospect of getting Scourge and Cyclonus from FansToys.

Seriously Andras has so many hang-ups about him,like his near impossible to get out feet going to robot mode,his bat-like wings are too thick,plus on of the wings came off during one transformation one time so I had to reattach it by tightening the screw holding it.But probably the worst thing about him is his alt mode,he just looks too damn fat,it kind of reminds me of Seaspray's hovercraft alt mode.

I can say without a doubt that FansToys version is bound to be far better than Andras.I just wish they would hurry up and reveal their designs for him and Cyclonus,my Sovereign is getting lonely to choke or humiliate his comrades,anybody else agree?.

 

Even with it's hangups XTB still hasn't made a higher quality figure since Andras and the Swarm IMO.

 

I know some people have had issue with their XTB Cyclonus, but mine was great. If I didn't know others had issues, I would highly recommend him based on the one I got...especially for the price I got mine.

 

I hear what you're saying but I don't plan on taking the gamble. FT Cyclonus is my choice. Maybe I'll get Eligos afterwards, possibly as a clone like in the animated movie and only if it goes on clearance for the low like Andras did on BBTS.

 

I only paid $125 for mine with an eBay flash sale. but I hear you. Even at that price, it would be nice to buy from a place with better aftersale support.

 

Same here. For it it's also a similar situation with MMC OC Trailbreaker. That figure looks super nice and i love the OC line, but when FT got Trailbreaker in the pipline i just have to wait...

 

That's exactly what I did. I'll be getting my TrailHoist set from FansToys.

might play the waiting game with eligos to see if he will go down more

 

Sovereign was my first FansToys product, and it's really impressive.
So naturally I am excited about them taking on one of my all-time favorite designs for TF, Cyclonus.
Plus, the silhouette looks a LOT closer to what I'd want out of an MP Cyclonus than Eligos.
So I've been in wait and see mode for a little while now.
