Inspired by: This was a great idea, a shame that they never really produce it. So I'm making one my own. I used water-based paints, good thing is they have all the right colors, bad thing is they're extremely easy to come off....
I love everything about it, but you really should sand and base coat before painting and topcoat your custom after you finish painting.
Yep. Little prop goes a long way. I spray Vallejo almost exclusively these days. Their surface primer is enough on its own for most stuff, provided the surface is clean.
Love this! I've got a 2017 PRiD Warrior-Class Bludgeon I've decapitated, and now you've shown me how to do the face!!!
Looks great As the base plastic is bright green it looks a bit like worn off paint (what it actually is) respetively battle damage. Is that on purpose or is it the paint coming off you mentioned? I got a question about the characters in the comic: Who are the one with Sentinal's head and Hardhead's body and the one with Galvatron's (?) head and Mindwipe's body?
holy crap. Looks FANTASTIC Can i give this 2 likes??? Why did this never become and official figure??
This came out pretty darn well. If you get ambitious enough someday, try carving the lines for the "teeth" into the faceplate. Really nice work.
The Sentinel head character is an unknown one, while the one with Mindwipe's body and Nightbeat head is Beast Wars Soundwave.
