I've never seen it and have no interest in watching it. I'm just not interested in transforming furry animals.

 

Furries would be possibly too insulting.


I think that's what I'd recommend, since any G1 fans are treated with the ultimate vitriol, especially if we don't like one of the sacred cow series (BW or TFA)


Or BEASTWUNNERS, I'm easy.

 

Beastwunners makes me think more of Beast Wars than Beewunners...which makes me think of bumblebees.

Well, I've said countless times as a guy that only acknowledges G1 as real transformers this is an ok show, it's certainly not as bad as people make it out to be particularly the ones that haven't seen it in it's entirity but it's certainly not the alpha and omega of transformers and storytelling some of it's diehard fans on this forums would have you believe!

Had this show been out say five years later I could have called it a good show but in the era it was in, the 90's with stiff competition in the form of cartoon greats like Batman, Superman, Spiderman, Spawn and Gargoyles TAS, mediocritiy is the word that springs to mind when I think of Beast wars.

 

I see what you're saying, but the 90s Spider-Man show should not be ranked up with the others you're listing. Beast Wars was way better than that series. BTAS, STAS, and Gargoyles? Yeah, those are some competition.
