ah, no, I was wrong. it was the light on it that made it look bent. but viewing at youtube directly with a bigger image, it's fine.

mine is bent, and the other two I've seen in person are bent too. be careful with that connection point.

That is a good review of a combiner. Can't find many of those. Is there a Megatron for BWN?

Not that I'm aware of, Magmatron was the "Megatron" of the series from what I remember.

I was never a big fan of the combiners from the Beast series, but looking back this guy ain't that bad.

One of these days Magmatron will be mine. $40 shipped is still too steep for me though with so many other toys I want.

Not bad. I was always kinda curious to see this one in action, so to speak. A pity that Hasbro never reused him for anything, like they did Big Convoy for Unv. Nemesis Prime.

Thanks for this review. I was able to transform/combine this figure into bot mode on the first try, making sure I pegged everything in the right spot. :)

He, along with the other BWNeo dinos, was released domestically as part of the "Dinobots" subline of Beast Machines. Nothing special about that release though, he was pretty much the same as his Japanese counterpart.
