    Ebay:
It is information of 3rd Party.
PE-11X NIGHT OPS SFX BLACK ver. is sold in Japanese event "SUPER FESTIVAL57".

    SUPER FESTIVAL

SUPER FESTIVAL swells by the event of the spot sale of the toy and the Japanese special effects program.

    Open 10:30AM - Close 16:00PM
    Tokyo Science Museum(Kudanshita)
Number of the sale 90 (plan)
    Price 9,000 yen (tax-included)

Because there is not TRANSFORMERS by the main event, I think that it is an unexpected sales system.

Robotkingdom sold 250(?) through BotCon by collecting info from people that went to their booth, and then emailing those folks invoices shortly after the convention and mailing them out.

TFCon sold 50(?) at the show.

They made a total of 500 and said they'd all be sold through conventions one way or another. Curious how many make it to this convention and what other conventions they end up being sold at. BBTS ended up getting at least one and set the price at $180 (yikes).

Go to a convention that is selling them, or find a willing soul that would pick one up for you (I'd suggest having a willingness to pay for the service). Any way you go about it, it'll be tough.

Yep, Robotkingdom put a listing up as a FYI but have never sold them on the site. BBTS got at least 20 and originally put them up for $120 when they were going for $200 on ebay. Not sure where BBTS go theirs from and how many they sold at $120 versus how many they relisted at $180 after they "sold out".

Wow the price of this for Japanese people is actually pretty high and costly.

    No they didn't.
It is just a certain store got busted for selling US DoTM figures before the movie was on air in Japan. At the same time they declared stop selling any KO or 3rd party toys to the public.
Other stores are still selling 3rd party toys with no trouble.
