So I am in the middle of re-creating the Technobots, using HFTD, PCC, Generations, and/or RTS. Here is my version of G1 Nosecone, using PCC Sledge as the base. I know the orange is a bit bright for him, but I think it still works with the brown and the black...Also, I am eventually going to get a new head for him...but I will probably have to hit up one of the radicons local to me to help, as I have never created a scratch head before...

Very clever, and nicely pulled off. Only things I'd suggest are some kind of canopy over the arms for vehicle mode (if you can make it work, but it looks feasible), and a touch of yellow, to further bring out the Nosecone and brighten it up a tad.

    Yep.

I really like the orange, but small touches of other colours can go a long way when it comes to these figures, especially when they're related to your secondary tones. Also, what do you plan to do with the cone? Personally (and this is just an idea), but I think it'd be cool to go for a more "at work" look with that, and then carry a little bit of that over to the figure itself.
