Hey guys, DUMB question, but I got burned once already... say I have a motherboard that's 12 inches X 9 inches, what's the minimum sized case I should be looking at? (taking into account the space the power supply needs... that screwed me last time). Thanks guys.

12 x 9.6 is what's considered an "ATX" mobo. make sure your power supply is for an ATX and in terms of a case? get at least a midsize tower. a midsize tower usually has 6 expansion slots and 4 drive bays, so unless you plan on having a ton of stuff in there a midsize shoudl do u just fine

heh, yeah... you'd think... the last case I bought was literally as big as the motherboard and it said it was ATX compatible... Zeta not happy...

but, on the plus side, thanks to your info, I now have a new case ordered ;)  thanks!
