Hey guys, does paypal charge you if you are making a payment with a credit card, as compared to using your bank account?

If u waste an inordinate amount of time on their site u will find the charges.

They used to not nail u back in the day, but of course now is different.

I love to send and receive gifts and never give them a damn dime

They should change the name "Paypal" to just "Pay"

Yeah, couse there's totally a better alternative out there, right?

... when there is, let me know, or rather you won't have to because when that comes it'll become common knowledge just like PayPal is now. However until then, enjoy your other options of getting everything in person or through Fax Machines & messenger pigeons.

Yes, it has always cost money when using your credit card to pay.

eBay owns paypal. That's why they get along so well.

American Express has Serve. It's free to send and receive money but you have to load your account and it costs the typical 2.9% to load it. It might be worth using at some point if more people used it.

The whole situation that made me ask this question just gives me a headache so I'm not gonna type it all out, but summarizing it I need them to reactivate instant pay (or whatever its called when they charge your bank account).
