    The two payments are probably the micro-payments they sent your account to verify that it's yours, they want that for some reason as proof.

    The reason I asked if it were an email, was because it sounds like phishing.

    I did call them once but I forget the conversation entirely. I put the two sums of money they put in my account in once, and then I think this is what happened next.

    Seriously, it sounds like paypal is questioning your identity, based on the message you posted.

    But could I call them and read them my Bank Statement?

    The other kind of 'shrooms are good also!

    I always call paypal when I have a problem. For me, this works better than trying to solve the problems myself.

    You could also fax them your bank statement with the 2 deposits & your I.D.

    sounds like you might have entered something wrong, and since it's for account verification, that account is no longer good. call them, sounds like you'll need to get your bank statement as verification.

    I just called and it says I need to complete expanded use enrollment, but I don't even rememeber adding a credit card. Hell, I don't even OWN a credit card.

    Did you log onto the site from paypal's official website, or did you follow a link from an email?

    Happened when I called and used that special pin. I log on from Paypal's site, not emails.

    OK, I've never dealt with needing to complete expanded use enrollment.

    I would call again and talk to a customer service representative. I've always had success when talking to an actual person.

    Did you call your bank? Sometimes they can freeze your account If they see strange activity going on and they can't get ahold of the cardholder. Or debit account could be overwithdrawn.

    Never tried applying a credit card to the system, I thought Paypal was debit/bank account only.

    Like a few already said, call Paypal, it's your best bet and they're the ones who can explain it the best and help you out. Turn off your tv & radio, get a pen & paper out and pay attention this time :lol 
    have a feeling the answer you need already went over your head.

    Yeah, I remember Ghostbusters was on TV when I called them so maybe that was it...
