I've got a hold on incoming money from eBay, made my first sale and since it is my first, they're holding my funds, sure ok I can understand that. What I can't understand is why they choose to charge my bank account which had pocket change in it for the shipping label (which WAS a paypal label) instead of taking it from the money I have on hold instead (like it said it can/would). Because of that I didn't have the necessary funds to cover the shipping charge and I got hit with a $32 NSF fee and am in the hole and I don't have any chance of paying any kind of fee off until this coming Friday, and I'm just gonna keep getting hit for not having a positive balance. Thanks so much Paypal.

Call Paypal? Would they be able to get the NSF fee off my bank account as well or just take their charge off?

Yeah, if you bring it up Paypal will likely do something. Explain the whole thing and they'll probably repay you the damage.

Yep, Paypal holds you hostage. and it's not just new people either, they do it randomly to established people too.

IF they do fix it don't expect funds for at least 2 weeks.

    Ebay:
Call ebay/paypal someone! Honestly, you should probably call
    your bank too! :2c:

With the new banking rules, you can tell your bank to STOP payments that would overdraft your account. I'm glad the old days of "Insufficient funds" are back because waking up to a NSF charge is not fun!

    Ebay:
They reimburse you for the shipping, usually when the PO updates the label. As to the reason they hold "established" people's money is because of multiple reasons, either you haven't met the quota for online selling, not enough DSRs, too many bad DSRs, too many cases opened involving you etc,

I dont know what bank you use but it is against the law now to charge NFS Fees.
