Im having an issue with them where they limited my access, because somebody tried to use my account yesterday according to them. I used to have my credit card linked paypal to make my ebay purchases, even when Im from outside the US. Now, I need to confirm my address, which is not within the US. So, I cannot get my figures from ebay anymore. Any advice?

Contact them first, have a little chat see if you can sort it. If not...

    New e-mail address, new account?

How do you make purchases WITHOUT a confirmed address? Most sellers require that a buyer has a confirmed address.

If possible, you might think about trying to get yours confirmed, even if it is a pain in the ass.

I've never had a problem. The confirmed address stuff is crap. I'm in the US, but I don't want Paypal in my bank account, so I can't have a "confirmed" address? That's where I want it shipped, so it's my own fault if I don't live/can't receive mail there?
