    In the world of internet transactions Paypal is a necessary evil. It's great and awful at the same time.

    apparently paypal is charging people with personal accounts to receive money now. i was wondering why i wasn't getting the full amounts when i sold something and saw the new policy. it has to go under "personal" in order to receive money for free rather then sending money as a "service, or good"
