Could anyone help me with figuring out what he did with it?

I attached a few screencaps with notes on what I managed to figure out already, but I have no idea what he did or used exactly...

Jazz with his abnormally small baby hands never stood a chance.

he didn't use a robot replica for the joints did he? that was all kinds of badass. I LOVE stop-motion animation, and he did a good job replicating motion blur for some of the driving scenes.

I'm not sure what modifications the artist made to Jazz, but the General was of more interest for me! That's the first time I've even liked the idea of that car as a TF. Too cool.

    The General =/= Decepticon though.

He won't transform, I can tell you that much.

The shoulders were swapped around, elbows replaced with Neo-Shifter joints

Back details (car roof) replaced with some other random bit and repainted.

Piece added to torso, random Gundam bits, most likely.

Chest difference has been pointed out - looks like the flap that has the neck post in it has been brought forward.

Ayup, it's even blatantly obvious that he quickly switches it with the regular G1 repaint.

Ah, Neo-Shifter joints, didn't see that one. :)  I wonder how he added them though, since it's not exactly a standard elbow joint...

And for those who are wanting to recreate that General Lee; it looks like he used a random gundam and used a small General Lee kit, probably 1:32 scale. Don't know what gundam that is, though...

That should make it clear enough. The socket is up in the shoulder piece, the post/elbow/forearm section goes into the hollow forearm.

its a shame that the general lee 1/25 model kit is rather narrow for an alt reshell . 1/18 is to big.
