With Paranormal Activity 2 having earned $157 million worldwide already on a budget of just $3 million (not counting marketing costs), Paramount Pictures is moving forward with a third installment to be released on October 21, 2011. There's no word yet on who will write or direct Paranormal Activity 3.

It'll be out faster than you could say "milking the cow".

Ugh, watch this turn into another Saw franchise, with a new movie every year.

Not that I care at all about PA or its sequels, but I have a really hard time figuring out if the OP is actually using his own words, or is just copying and pasting every thread he starts.

While the original Paranormal Activity was a great and scary thriller/mental anguish horror film, 2 wasn't as good.

I'm impressed they can do a movie like this on only $15,000, but they better make it better like the first film, otherwise my interest in this little series, which will obviously be big box office successes, due to their tiny budgets, will dissapear like the characters in the end of each movie.

Also, why does the dog and baby in 2 have to suffer so much? :cry  It makes me so sad to see them so tortured in these films.

Crap is crap, regardless of how many sequels there are.

I couldn't care less, I went and wasted cash on the second one, and never again will I watch one of those damned things.
