    Ebay:
Looks like no one bit on his BIN price. If I had the money, I'd bid on it, but figured there were plenty here that would like to know.

So freaking sweet, and I'm broke :(

    two grand!!!
just a little bit over-priced, a little (sarcasm).
I feel for you man. Hope you'll get one someday. The last Palisades statue to ever be made for Transformers, and what a statue!

What do you consider a fair price for this? I'm putting one up on ebay later today(Sun.) Just the same as the guyz above but Scavengers crane arm came broken. Nothing like opening up a sealed statue and seeing that. It was a clean, clean break. Fixed it and is virtually unnoticeable.

    Ebay:
All the ones I've seen have gone for between $750-$1800.

Wouldn't you kind of be screwing yourself by listing it the same time as his? These don't pop up very often and it would seem like you'd be taking money out of your pocket by having it going at the same time, when you'd get more if yours is the only one on there. Just a thought, it seems like the more there are (I know supply and demand 101) the lower the sale price.

I don't think it will effect it too much. Mine will be a 10 day auction, extending 5 past his. I'm looking for some quick cash, need to pay off a credit card and have some X-Mas funds. I'm thinking I'll start it with a "Buy It Now" of $1200 and take it from their. I am curious as too if the 2nd movie has him in it if it will make this shoot up in price. I don't want to hold onto it for 2 more years.

I think one sold for $800.00 in an auction that was shill-bid to the moon.

I don't believe that one went for over a G in an honest auction.

    Show me a link-----Convince me.

That seller is full of shit. I bought my Palisades Devastator statue for around $300-$350 USD just under a year ago *after* missing several auctions that went for the same price, so they sure as hell do not "usually go for between $1500-$2000" when they pop up on eBay, regardless of how rarely it happens. If I thought for a second that I could get $2000 out of this guy, I would have sold it by now. $500 is what people should pay AT MOST.

I've seen two sold since the movie, one went for $1500 in a BIN, the other for $1900 in a regular auction. I guess if you're all as friendly as inception I'll stick to the other TF boards, I was just trying to let some other fans know that there was an auction upfor a rare figure, not try to get flamed.

I wasn't flaming you dude. I was saying that the SELLER is full of it by stating in his auction that this statue usually goes for $1500-$2000. That's just not true. Unless you also happen to be the seller, don't take offence.

eBay only has auctions searchable for 30 days, they go invalid afterwards and since I didn't sell them, I don't have links to buyer feedback, sorry.

inception - ok, sorry I misunderstood you. no i'm not the seller, if I had this statue, I wouldn't be parting with it, just too beautiful :D

I can vouch for the one that sold with a BIN of $1500. The completed listing is gone from their database, but it's what pushed me to sell mine. The auction looked legit. Positive feedback was left by each one for the transaction.

I stand corrected, and am thoroughly amazed by the appreciation that this item has experienced.

I still remember when I passed on this guy at Big Bens Comix for $140.00.

    Not too bright....huh?

Not like there were a whole bunch to go around though. It should be interesting to see how the upcoming statues like Omega Supreme stack up against these Palisades ones. I still think this is my favorite one that I've seen, now I just need to win the lottery tonight and I can buy it :D

I AM OVERJOYED with the sky-rocketing of this boy's value.
I'm packing mine back in the box... too prized to leave on my shelf like that right now.

Someone from the board here contacted me about doing a possible trade for Devs. Now that the auction has ended, I can't get ahold of you through ebays email system. PM me through 2005 if still interested.
