Oh noes! Who will save Ratchet and the fleshlings now?

I'm looking forward to seeing more of Mr. Roche's art!

 

Amazing art. But there's a big problem with this matchup. No matter what happens, it's bad for the integrity of the story. Ratchet's just a doctor and Sixshot is supposed to be able to destroy entire worlds. This is a complete mismatch.

Sixshot has been built up so much that if Ratchet somehow gets away, it makes Sixshot look like a complete tool. Just like my opinion of Megatron took a nosedive after Marvel #7, when I was like eight. After a humilitating defeat like that, your villan doesn't invoke any menace.

And if he destroys Ratchet, well, I guess that's not a downside. I hate Ratchet.

 

Can't wait to see this all colored up and the next panel full of litte Ratchet bits here and there.

Thanks for the link. I like how Hot Rod is mocking Wheeljack for the lower value he commands, being he's missing his missles.

 

I really like the word bubble someone added to the Hot Rod / Wheeljack image, wherein Hot Rod is trying to get Wheeljack some action with the ladies.  

Only question: why doesn't Hot Rod have his giant spoiler behind his head?
