So... the grand G1 plan of bringing Cybertron to Earth to used humans as slaves...

Does Cybertron have a breathable atmosphere? Or have the Decepticons figured out how to keep humans alive?

What about gravity? Bigger planet... made of metals... wouldn't humans be too heavy to move?

Cybertron has been depicted as a human-friendly planet in other continuities. Perhaps Movie-verse Cybertron is no exception.

I doubt Cybertron has an atmosphere at all, much less one with enough oxygen to support human life. I think the general plan was to force humans to gather resources and assemble materials on earth, which would then be shipped to Cybertron.

I believe humans are suposed to continue slaving on earth, mining all the resources and transfer them to cybertron.

At the cybertron side, the drones can handle the reconstruction I guess.

Captain Fanzone was able to breathe on Cybertron in Animated when he was teleported there, so, if the movie Cybertron is the same, yes, humans can breathe there. However, it has been frequently said in many sources that Cybertron has no atmosphere, and that Transformers don't breathe. But it has also been said that they do breathe. There are lot's of weird contradictions.

It very well could. Probably to allow combustion. In the movies we saw fires and wind gusts in the two Cybertron flashbacks.

Depends how dense it is. Maybe the honey-comb pattern makes up most of the planet?

I'm wondering how the humans would be able to eat and drink on Cybertron: would the Decepticons ship in food and water, or would they establish farms and reservoirs to maintain their slaves?

Don't forget - its not just oxygen that matters. There also has to be enough of an ozone layer, otherwise the humans would fry.

    This.

Actually, when I watched the movie, this is how I personally thought about their plan. I thought that the plan was to move Cybertron close enough to Earth, in order to transport whatever they needed from Cybertron to Earth in order to have a human slave-force. aka Earth becomes the new Cybertron. Or Earth becomes like Cybertron's moon or something. Well, that or have the humans do what they can on Earth and then have the Transformers move it to Cybertron (as alanyap said).

At no point during my three viewings did I take it as Sentinel wanted to somehow transport 6 billion people onto his planet. Because this opens up a whole world of issues. That's what I thought when Sentinel decided to just transport the planet to Earth, as opposed to 6 billion people to Cybertron. But I guess it's never really explained in great detail.

I seem to remember an early episode of G1 where Spike goes to Cybertron with Wheeljack I think. He made it back fine.

This. I don't think they ever said that the humans were going to Cybertron.
