This guy started out as a Oversized KO of WFC Optimus Prime.

The WFC Design is one of my favorites. So this scale was a godsend for me.

The KO itself is a big floppy mess. The paint is pretty bad. So I gave it some love.
I tried to follow the concept art as close as possible. This guy is weathered. added some pitting to the paint. Might add some more weathering to it. Just wanted to show it to you guys.

daelite20 is carrying these. You can also get them on kotoys.com

It would've been great if Hasbro released an upscaled version of the deluxe mold. How's the plastic quality?

The floppiness was fixed with a combo of Future Finish on the pins, and superglue on the contact surfaces.

The plastic quality is quite good. I would say on par with Hasbro, or very close.

It took the paint very well.

There are some limitations. When you get yours (if you get one) make sure to check the transformation. Some of the parts are assembled wrong. The pipes on the legs don't rotate.

There are some fixes on it as well to accommodate the size.

There is also a ton of flash.

Killer stuff, man! I've been waiting to see a fellow 'basher snag one of these so we could get a true opinion on how well it might hold up to customizing. It came out great! Now let's just hope they release a Megatron at this size (it would be awesome to do a Megs and Galvatron in their G1 colors).

I think he's got just the right amount of weathering. He looks fantastic!

Thanks also for the heads-up on his quality and what to look for, as well as what's fixable.

I think they said it was Leader class or slightly larger. If they make one in a Mega or Voyager scale i will pick one up instantly. Same goes for Megs. Glad to hear on the Plastic quality and paint app ease. This guy looks great!

I only have parts to compare it to...lol It stands 11 1/2 inches or 29cm tall.
Just looking at it, I would say its MP Prime size.

It really is a great figure once you give it some love.

Josh, I think the real impressiveness would be with you showing a pic of the before. Seriously everyone, this WFC Prime is a freaking nightmare and Sioce turned it into something awesome.

The panels on the backs of his arms can be a little weak.

The transformation is the same as the smaller version. The only really tight spot is when you close the top portion in the "truck" mode. It's a bit tight.

Otherwise it is just really heavy. So it is as cumbersome as most large scaled figures.

I actually like the bot mode on this larger version even more than the smaller. Little things like the wheels on the back being at a slight angle as opposed to being straight back. The arms have grooves in the joints to support the weight.

Just can't get over how cool this KO is!!

I might have to make an axe...
