No no, i know obviously this it's a KO, but BMB some time ago shown some prototypes of upcoming MPM releases (the KOs you can see here https://static.seibertron.com/image...2724-screenshot-20180328-210009-instagram.jpg), it would be funny if this retooled MPM prime was designed from Hasbro and not BMB at all.

This does look pretty nice but I don't understand the obsession companies have with upscaling everything. I guess there's a market for it but all I want is for a company to take the original MPM mold, adjust the transformation to make it more accurate and make the bot mode look nicer and add some better paint.

I have a huge movie collection that I've spent years compiling. I don't want to start over. I just want everything to fit together. Why is that so much to ask?

Just bugging haha, but really this guy is an amazing upscale and it's arguable that his voyager size didn't scale well.

This is the Black Apple version I think. But there is a thread for this. The thread title has a bunch of other names in it. This was revealed at some convention along with their OS POTP Optimus

You're right. Now that I look at them side by side it's pretty obvious. They did something similar with the shoulders and backpack, but the forearms & red pieces on the abs are totally different. Plus the Black Apple version has faux headlights on the abs, and transforming tires.

 

I agree, unless the Black Apple one has taken a big step backwards since last time I looked at it. This a is a slightly nicer (maybe) version of MPM. I'm not even sure if Black Apple's is based on MPM or the old leader- either way it comes closer to screen accurate than either of them.

 

Looking at the two the only thing that i like more on this one is the fact that the backpack doesnt stick out as much as the BA one...Other than that BA has put on a lot more work on his and he still isnt dne as he is reworking its legs,so overall i tbink the BA one willl be the better and more accurate one
