While it hasn't happened to me yet (knock on wood), there seems to be a quality issue on the KBB MP-10V in regards to the grill and it falling apart. The Wei Jiang MPP-10 is as amazing today as the day I purchased it, and I've not heard of any widespread issues with any particular part.

Now owning several Wei Jiang figures, I've found that they generally not only match the official figures in terms of quality, but often surpass it.

 

Assuming you meant to replace the shoulder symbol, remove the screws in the back of the shoulder (maybe 3 or 4), That will open the shoulder piece. Then use a toothpick to push out the pegs for the shoulder symbol. Best way i could figure out to do it without gouging the plastic.

I helped alot of members get KBB MP10V. Less than 1% of people had issues with the grill. YMMV but that's what I saw. Agree that MPP10 is pretty much flawless.

I just carefully and easily pried the blank symbol area out with an exacto knife blade. Fortunately I didn't have to open the shoulder up.

Because I am referring to the battle damaged prototype WJ showed us about a year ago, not to a shattered glass version (that I don't need)  

I wrote to WJ Toys here on the board but did not get any response yet. I wrote them yesterday... hope they will answer and, if they do, I will ask permissions to divulgate here what they told me
