This might sound weird, but can you do an Energon Wing Saber, please?
So the really smooth & shiny metal is expensive as hell? I was looking at the Diadroid, robot trooper & the ones I like are $45 & $30.
I was going to order a Blackarachnia face in the best looking gold but if it's going to cost a fortune I'll just get the regular frosted detail plastic & paint it.
The Rodium Plated Brass is pretty expensive because its normally a jewelry material. I only really have it offered for specific items, mostly the Diaclone style figures because the Diaclone fandom really likes that finish. Metal prints won't work on the faces because the screw holes require thinner parts than metal can manage through Shapeways, so I'd recommend smoothest detail.
Gettin' back in the groove. New items in the store:
Megatron's Energon Sword, available in 5mm, 4mm and 3mm grips.
And Browning, Decoy-style! Browning from Masterforce is available in plastic & metal prints as either a 1.75" Decoy-sized figurine and as a 35mm Titan Master-sized miniature. We also have full color sandstone versions available in both 2" Robot Heroes/Battle Beast size and 1.75" Decoy size, in both Anime-Inspired and Toy-Inspired colors.
This is what Full Color Sandstone looks like:
As usual, the new stuff is here.
The sword is sssssssexy!
Love that Browning!
NEW IN THE STORE: Transformers Scaled to Transformers!
5mm and 3mm Grip Scaled Walther P38 Megatron
With and without silencer, all scaled with 3mm barrels for compatibility with Transformers: Siege energy effects!
Titans Return Blaster with both open and closed grips!
The closed grip version is available scaled to 4″ (GI-Joe/HACKS/Etc.) figures with a 3mm grip or scaled to 6″ figures (MOTU/Marvel Select/6″ SW, etc) with a 4mm grip.
The open-grip version comes in 3mm and 5mm grip versions. The 3mm version is suitable for Lego/Building Figures and 4" figures like Star Wars, G.I.Joe and Boss Fight's Vitruvian H.A.C.K.S. The 5mm version is compatible with Transformers, Ninja Turtles and dozens of other lines both vintage and modern.
And this has nothing to do with the theme of the above items but hey, Orcish dagger from Skyrim, for 3mm, 4mm and 5mm grips!
That 5mm Blaster is sweeeeeet! Is Soundwave coming down the pike too?
Correct link for open-handled Blaster.
Good catch, thanks.
Maybe? Depends on how the first one goes down.
Rook, Rook, and Armada Thrust?
The twins are spacecraft theres a pic of sprockets alt mode somewhere. Armada thrust for powerflash mayb...would have to parts form that cone head piece unless that's fo.
if the twins are spacecraft why not legends cosmos or cloudraker?
I have considered cloudraker but I kinda wanted them as deluxes.
Octopunch/Solus Prime Gear
A set of weapons, available as a 3mm set, or in 5mm as a set or individual weapons. Includes updated and re scaled versions of both his g1 guns and his comic trident. In addition, the 3mm set includes two faces designed to glue into the face-mask of the Solus Prime Pretender shell:
One designed to look like the G1 toy face peering out of the helmet, the other is a gaping maw based on his appearance in the G1 Transformers comics.
These items and more are up in the Prize Inside! store!
I'm suggesting Rook based on the action master vehicles. That seems to be the trend.
Sudden realization - that Diaclone-style Pharoid figure would make a neat base for a version of Ga'mede...
Ga'mede is a redeco of 2004 microman walter, probably cheaper than to find 1977 fig in decent condition.
Those look awesome! Thinking about an extra detachable stock for the Megatron?
I'd consider it, but i'd either have to make the grip extra-long so it can peg into the stock under the fist, which would make the weapon stick up awkwardly in cup-style fists, or I'd have to make the stock plug into a hollow-grip peg, which would make for thin walls and be prone to breakage. Given how few characters would be able to use the stock anyway, I passed.
That works for the full-sized figure, my version is a Diaclone Inchman-style figure, made to fit in Diaclone cockpits. I might do some other Microman/Micronauts characters if Pharoid proves popular enough, and I've been tinkering on a Soundwave in that style for funsies.
