    I meant that yours was a better and easier option. I just made a targetmaster but not with 3d printing. If you had made this a week ago I would have made it like I did. Although, I do have a stray Titanmaster somewhere...;)

    He probably means some sort of faceplate adaptor that goes in place of the original titanmaster, and attaches to the TM ports.

    I can confirm this peg works with Trent's 4mm CW Hound backplate, though the square part is kinda tight in some necks, and sometimes causes the peg to pull out of the head. I used the CW Hound backplate and this peg on my CW Grapple custom, both printed in White Strong Flexible material, and had to glue a reinforcement around the peg-hole in the backplate to prevent it from slipping out. In a looser neck (like Scourge) it is fine but a tight neck (like Steamshield's CW Hotspot neck adapter) the peg pulls loose from the head. If you are just using it to replace the Titan Master and not removing it from the neck, you won't have any problems.
