The original thread had become unwieldy, as this is a major milestone (and the first time Unicron and Runabout are shown) I started a new thread.
I have designed 100 3d printable Transformers: Titan Returns faceplates that can be swapped out with the removal of a single screw, allowing you to quickly and easily create new custom Transformers. The first 100 faces in this ongoing project include characters from across the Transformers canon in addition to new characters and crossover/mashup characters from G.I.Joe, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Cap’n Crunch.

Each face is available in a number of materials, ranging from inexpensive strong and flexible plastics (which come in a variety of colors) to highly detailed black high-definition acrylate, which is comparable to mass-produced injection molded plastic.

Check out our shapeways store’s selection of Titans Return products here, or click here for our general storefront, including figurines, action figure accessories, and more.

I notice there's no Boombox face yet... ;)

Incredible work, here's to the next 100! I didn't even see the Skeletor face before, very cool looking. Any other cartoon characters you're planning to do? Maybe a Hordak to go along with Skeletor?

I would buy loads of these in a heartbeat, if only it wasn't Shapeways. Living outside the US means it's far too expensive to ship them. Anyway, have you got plans to make a range of generic Headmaster bots for these faceplates to fit onto. Although they can attach to regular figs, perhaps 2 or more basic grey/black/white figs would be useful for some folks?

I've got a lot of stuff planned. As long as they keep selling, I'll keep making.

I haven't really delved into making the bodies because the cost of a 3d printed body would exceed the cost of an off-the-shelf Titan Master significantly. I might eventually make some that transform into things other than humanoids, but I that's going to take a lot of experimentation to get it to work.

Looking at that ignoble foe hammer on your website made me think: is it viable to make a hammer handle that widens at the top with a headmaster socket on each side so you could have a larger figure using the actual headmaster heads as his double headed hammer?

If I may be so bold, I'd like to recommend faceplate adapters like the ones you made for CW Rook/Swindle and Offroad/First Aid for the CW Drag Strip and Dead End/Streetwise moulds as well. Certainly my suggestion has nothing to do with my recent interest in the CW Vehicon team another modder is making...

I'd also second the previous suggestion of a "generic" Titan Master body, since where I live tends to get passed over for entire waves of product, especially anything smaller than a Deluxe/Warrior class.

Suggestion: A face of Under-3's lion head beast mode.

I'd love to have a tiny Under-3 and he makes for the perfect Titan Master.

Hey Trent! I just found a whole stack of Blasters at a local Walmart. What are the odds you might do a face and/or helmet for Boom Box (the TFW2005 mascot) at some point in the future? I don't mind waiting however long, but I'd love to grab an extra Blaster now if there's a good chance! :)

Ok here's a weird request but I would buy it right away. How bout a poop emoji faceplate. I would die laughing and proudly display it. If anyone could do it, it's you.

Yes, that's a good point. However, until Hasbro releases generic and easily repainted Headmasters....
