    in TF2: When Optimus Fight the Fallen and Megatron
    in: TF3 The Whole Ending Battle and the highway scene :D

    1: Optimus vs Megartron. (C'mon, it may have been short, but it's my one of my favorite rivalries of my childhood relived on the big-screen!)
    2: Forest Battle. (See the top explanation. ^)
    3. The battle in Chernobyl. (Not sure why, I guess seeing my favorite villain on the big-screen made it so great.)

    For me, it's the Autobots arrival on Earth in the first movie. Seeing them all transform for the first time, combined with the excellent score, makes for a very awe inspiring scene.

    TF1: Autobot arrival / freeway chase

    TF2: N/A

    TF3: Freeway chase / shuttle kill / pink Bumblebee pre-assassination tea party / Wreckers opening fire on EVERYTHING in alt modes / Bumblebee wall climb / Starscream take-down / Ironhide scolding Prime / Sam tapping all the Autobots parked in alt mode when he arrives at NEST HQ (I thought that was great little moment) / Shockwave first appearance / Decepticon invasion / Megatron w/ Soundwave, Starscream & Laserbeak in Africa / Cybertron intro

    Holy cow... apparently I liked DOTM quite a bit.

    TF1: Final Battle at Mission City (Autobots vs. Brawl, Blackout and Starscream)
    TF2: Forest Battle (Sideswipe vs. Sideways comes in close second. Loved that scene.)
    TF3: Highway Chase

    Of course, the movies were filled of awesome scenes, like the Autobot's arrival in TF1, or the Mexican Standoff in DOTM.

    Too bad there isn't a choice for the whole movie. Anyways mine are:
    Transformers-Bumblebee vs Barricade, arrival to Earth, the final battle.
    ROTF-Shanghai scene, forrest fight
    DOTM-highway chase, Decepticon attack on Chicago
