Aww... this custom makes me a sad panda. I want them to release this damn figure so bad.

Hmmmm.... may have to save up for a commission from you.

    Too awesome man.

Nice work on a never released fav of mine. Here's hoping that we get to see a mass/funpub release of this one day.

This figure looks great, as per your usual work.

The shoulder pads are extremely bland compared to everything else, though.

Although knowing you, and judging by what you've written, I'd be inclined to wager that such a decision is moreso in keeping with the client's request than your own personal choice.

    Looking forward to the update!

Awww...I guess I'm alone in liking it without the F_R detail. Not that I don't love the F_R detail, I'm sure it's going to look incredible...but it was interesting to see it as a toy. A clean toy!

Awesome work and can't wait to see the 'power up' mode.

I like it. It's so unlike your usual work without the washes and what-not. (not that your usual work is a bad thing, nut I'm sure you don't need me to tell you that) You should definatly throw some pics up on your site of this as is, before you add the washes and details. I think it would further help to showcase your broad range of skills. Again though, nicely done, I'm sure whoever commisioned it is gonna love it.

It might just be me, but I'm getting a "cell shaded"-vibe from the figure. He looks like he almost walked right out of the cartoon (only w/ more detail)!

    Great work, another F_R Masterpiece!

I just have one question and really nothing to do with the custom but in general.
if rid prime is hot spot and super prime is defensor would it be possible to add minicon/ legend sized versions of rescue vehicles to make it more g1esque?

I have to echo the sentiments about this being yet another amazing custom. I really like the custom head, any plans to mass produce?

I still prefer him as Hot Spot all on his own, but this is quite awesome anyway.

Man I love this mold, you did a superb job recreating the OTFCC concept. IMO the paint finish looks excellent, very clean.

Looks like it was made out of children's chalk or porcelain. Good Job.

Excellent work, especially on the head from scratch. If Hasbro made one that looked half as good, I would buy it in a heartbeat.
