    Can anyone tell me what series (if any) the current OTCC comic derives from? Seems like there is a big back story that I am missing. Thanks.

    The only story the OTFCC comics come from are previous OTFCC/Botcon comics. Are I believe there are 2 sotrylines, Universe and Wreckers.

    He's refering to the master collector club comics. The first set of stories were based in the cybertron series and takes place just before, during, and after the cartoon. The second story is the Classics one and is set after the original US Marvel comics run and completely ignores the G2 comics so in effect Classics is a new G2.

    Yeah it sort of combines all the different universes together and the art gets better each issue (Khanna + Perez = teh awesome)
