Looks awesome, but since I don't know anything about it or any fiction associated with it, it's not for me.
Great to see RK news though :D

    $899.90...

First the First Editions become cancelled/rare/scalped/sold for fucktons of money
Then the Takara-Tomy editions become rare/scalped/sold out
Now the mini-cons will run you almost $900 since you cannot currently buy them separately

Yep, I'm just gonna hold off on Prime like I did with Animated. If they hit discounters, they hit discounters. If they don't then, Meh.

No, no, What I mean is I pretty much ignored the Animated toy line except for about 10(?) figures.

My plan was to get the best toy representation/version of each character put out, but given the current situation of PRIME toys (especially the FE), I'm just gonna sit back and see what happens with it. If I find any I want, then I'll pick them up.

Ah, I gotcha. Ditto on sitting back.

I'll probably save my cash for some CHUG and Bot Shots.

I'm gonna save my cash until all the bullshit settles. People should be able to find these products for purchase at retailer prices, especially the First Editions.

Right now I think it's just not a good time to jump into the new line. It seems everyone and their mother has their minds set on "OMG new toy craze!" selling the toys for crazy prices, and buying them at crazy prices.

If the FE's finally show up in stores then I'll pursue them, but right now it seems like a lost cause.

Now enough with the PRIME talk and let's discuss these Mechas!

Heard about the large figures on Preorder 66, really impressed by those. Not so sure about the little Targetmaster style things, but if they're just $4 each I'll probably try one or two.

It looks like that ORI TOY mech toyline will be named Acid Rain and will be a collaboration with a artist/design studio named skronex. I found a few more pictures (with an information about the release date being during summer) and a glimpse of the background story:

    ORI TOY
    skronex POP-UPS
