I think it would be an overkill if he would turn into Nemesis Prime. He and Megatron would crush the Autobots and evil wins. I don't know if that's what the writers are up to.

But on the other hand, if they would intend to do this and then bring Rodimus Prime in to light the Autobots darkest hour. That would be pretty cool. But I guess all the whiners would protest against that till death.

I think this would be pretty cool, as it would be finally a completely different story that would be told.

Do you know how many threads this would spawn, because everyone will overhear the comma?

Hell yeah. Ultra Magnus needs to be in show. He is the Wrecker Commander for the allign continuity so therefore he knows Wheeljack and Bulkhead.

If Orion pax turn into Nemesis Prime,i think there will be no road for him to become Autobot Leader again.

 

How about Grimlock (who is much closer to his comic characterisation of being an intelligent and capable, if ruthless and arrogant, with a damaged vocal processor) being the Autobot leader. It would be intresting how the season 1 autobots react to having to put up with a very different type of leader, especially one who has no empanthy towards the humans.

 

Death to the Autobots!  And at the hands of Starscream. I still can't believe I like a Starscream.

 

I don't think this is likely for two reasons:

1) surely dark energon has become inert with Unicron's spark gone (for the time being)
2) Orion has a conscience; he knows the difference between right and wrong. It is highly likely he'll travel the same road he did before becoming Opitmus--considering advice he gave Arcee and past quotes dropped here and there in season one about one having to earn wisdom, sacrifices, loss and forgiveness, I think Orion will travel the (long/short) road to his former self.

He had doubt/confusion on his face when he left with Megatron and when Knockout was put the Decepticon insignia on him, taking on a name with nemesis in it is sure to ring all sorts of bells, not to mention evil deeds. Isn't this why Megatron changed his tune aboard the Nemesis anyway? To make sure to sell his charades to Orion? One miss step and it's all over for his second chance with Orion (which is more than likely to happen).

Will Arachnia, Starscream, both or something else play a part in Optimus' return or will Megatron be his own undoing?

 

Nemesis Prime is a dumb idea. Never liked it.

 

To be truthful I don't think that'll happen. Sure they can have Optimus renamed but as we saw Optimus had a look of confusion and concern even when Knockout was putting the Decepticon insignia on him. I'm having a feeling that Optimus will be at least back at the Autobots after 7 to 9 episodes if not with his memorys restored.

Though it IS a possiblty that Megatron will probably use Optimus's framework to make a Nemisis Prime of his own or it could be Project Chimera that MECH is building.
