As a new member but long-time fan of TFW2005, I decided that my first post will be my contest entry.
I love to draw my own Transformers characters, but this is my first shot at a "movie" style one. For inspiration, I used my father's old tractor.

    Here are his stats:

    Autobot Tractor Beam

    Function: Horticulturalist
Alternate Mode: 1979 Massey Ferguson 150 Tractor

    “Reap what you sow.”

Created on earth from the Allspark. His namesake comes from the powerful weapon his left arm possesses. It is a good thing to, as slow as he is, he needs its help to draw in harvested plants or evil Decepticons.
In addition to the tractorbeam, he also sports a powerful flamethrower and scythe—just as functional as farming tools as they are weapons. If a threat requires urgency, other Autobots do not mind letting him hitch a ride, literally.

    Strength: 8.0
    Intelligence: 7.0
    Speed: 2.0
    Endurance: 10
    Rank: 4.0
    Courage: 7.0
    Firepower: 6.0
    Skill: 6.0

    I hope you all enjoy!

yeah there are. we have my version of Kup, Duststorm, and now Tractorbeam. We should have a Transformers Co-Op or 4H club. I like it, but I have to ask...how is a flamethrower considered to be a functional farming tool?

Some farming practices use burning techniques--which made me think about using the smokestack as a flamethrower.
I'm glad that people can actually see these images--I don't have a scanner and just took them with my cheap digital camera.

And jonatron 26, I was thinking a bit more like G1 Ironhide--only a little more "old mannish".

    Tractorbeam Color

Just got finished coloring his head. This is the first time of used Photoshop other than cropping images (lol all I could figure out to color this was the polygonal lasso tool with color gradations).

    Enjoy!

I'm glad that you picked up on that bumble-archer, I wanted to give him sort of a "sad-looking-because-he's-old-and-slow" kind of look. Looking back though, he is content to be himself he's just care worn from the work he does.
