Haha you mean the people in China that paints these:p  I think these are made in china. Ironically they came out with a complete box set too that I spotted at TRU, both metal and the bigger versions of them. How is that big version of Voltron? I haven't had time to open them up...
That's true, I'm surprised they haven't had a sale, although I guess it's because they seemed to have initially sold pretty well when they released the first time around...A TRU bogo on them would be nice :p

I really wanted to like that diecast Voltron, but I checked out the one Havokss has and I wasn't that impressed. There was a little lacking articulation, and some of the joints were too loose for my taste. That said, it is a neat figure, especially for the size. If the price wasn't so high on it, I might consider it.
Ideally, I'd love something in-between, like plastic Deluxe sized lions with good joints and articulation. I started collecting the regular lions but damn those things are huge....

I would get him the Diecast one. Its $70 for the giftset and the arms are easier to take off when disassembling Voltron.

I saw the diecast ones and when I heard about them I was excited, but seeing them in person and seeing that they lack the same articulation of the big one and then some, I passed. I suppose if you want one for cheaper and don't have the room for the big guy the diecast ones will suit the bill. Still, I'll take the big one over the small one any day.

I'm gonna wait for these to hit clearance, $40 and I'll bite, otherwise I would rather spend the extra money and get the old school reissue. I prefer the sharp angles to the organic shapes they are using for the new mold

In case anyone was curious, all Eugene/Springfield Wal-Marts still appear to be stuck somewhere between deluxe waves one and two, with no signs they plan to change this. Toys R Us also has yet to move past wave one, but they had a few leader six shots and two of the box sets come through last month. Target and Freddies are the most up to date, featuring wave 3/4 deluxes depending on which you check.

Boys I'm guessing we really just missed TR here in Springtucky. I really hope we get a better showing out of P.o.t.P.

dude..dude...DUDE!!!! Out of state right now but you guys gotta see this. It's fucking beautiful :cry  so this what it looks like to see a fully stocked TRU. I even needed to use the panarama function on my phone to get the whole thing. What's even more crazy is they had multiples....of good stuff. Wtf

That Raw ring is pretty nice though. Authentic scale. If I was still into WWE figures I'd love to pick that up. I haven't seen that yet at Clackamas or Jantzen TRUs.

I have to keep myself from straying from tfs haha I can't afford it. I like starwars stuff but I'm good about waiting until clearance and ross to pick those up for next to nothing. That ring is sick tho and so was this huge ass megazord they had.

Cornelius Pass Fred Meyer had maybe 4 each of Seaspray/Cosmos, so I'd start checking the other area Freddies...
