That's a very generic robot style head, it doesn't really look like prime.

Actually looks like StarSabre.

 

This is pretty old. It is Overlord with Star Saber's head. It's a Korean Knockoff of Transformers and Super Sentai.

 

Yeah, I was going to say. I don't know what this thing is, but it screams "Korean knock-off."

 

i wonder if korean dudes, when they see an out there KO, they go 'wow, this KO is very us'.

So, they see a toy, and say "If we paint this gunmetal-color, we can film a show with it!"  

 

That an interesting page. I wonder how some of those "animated mecha fights, live action human scenes" would work. I imagine it might be a little jarring if one switched to the other quite often.

 

This is very good. Damn. It looks legit enough to replace Power Rangers if they tune up the violence more.

I wouldn't be surprised if this was stolen, Koreans find it pretty hard to be creative so they often take the ideas of others pretty casually. And I'm Korean by the way for anybody who didn't know already.

Gee, was there ever a KO toy for it though? I never got Overlord, and I like the cut of this ones jib.
