That's REALLY easy to make. There aren't even any stiches. The whole thing looks to be held together with glue and pins.

 

I've always thought all one needs is a little periscoping trigger thing to attach to the button on the back of the head, and then MP/20th Prime becomes a ventriloquist dummy.  

 

at last! a version of prime we can stick our collective hands up his ass.
