Hey guys, I recently got Optimus Primal. Now, I just have a question about transforming him; are you suppose to see the gorilla face upside down when he's in Prime mode? The instructions get extremely confusing in a few steps, I don't understand them at all, but in most of the intructions, the head looks like its folded under the ape chest.

    here's a few pics:

Sorry for such a stupid question, I just couldn't find reference shots online (since they called this figure Prime, and not Primal, so all I find is the big Optimus) and Siebertron doesn't have any pics up yet.

    Thanks!

The gorilla face tucks inside the piece it's attached to.

Ahh perfect. I tucked his monkey head in. On the back of the package, you can actually still see the head unfolded

Normally the phrase "When all else fails, look at the instructions" is something to live by. Transformers are not one of those things. I believe a better phrase would be "When all else fails, just start randomly flipping things until they work". Good idea for TFs, bad idea for electrical devices. YEOWCH!!!!

That's the most true thing I read all day! Good way too put it, too. Although I do enjoy flipping electrical stuff

I had the same problem when I got the beast wars 10th version. The instructions are very hazy there. I usually let the face hang, when you tuck it up in there it makes the back stick out a lot.

I, just tucked the face in, no one'll be lookin' at his backside anyways he's displayed against my tower with Alternators Prime (only took 3 months longer to get in Canada than the US).
