    Hi guys,
Did you see the mistake on Optimus?!
I just recognized that there's a mistake. I know, it's not one of those things that will change the world and please don't kill me, but I just wanted to let you know...
His upper arm has to be rotated 180 degrees. Therefor you've got to switch those two upper arms.
Here's a pic where you can see what I mean:

Thought you might want to know :)

This has actually been known about for a looooong time now. If my memory is correct, it was even spotted before anybody got ahold of one, and just from pictures of it.

I keep meaning to do that, but I've got three and frankly, I'm just too damn lazy to actually do it.

Oh yeah you can do a simple mod on it using a small screwdriver. a jeweller's screwdiver set if i'm not wrong. it's quite simple & straight forward actually.

Did mine for already quite sometime (to give it a more movie-accurate look, sort of)

No problem. I'm glad to hear that not everyone has noticed that before.
Then it wasn't a waste of time to make the pics :D

Actually, I'm not all that surprised that you couldn't find anything. The thread/threads that it was mentioned in are bound to be quite old (almost a year now), and probably had weird names to them.

Fixing his arms was only the second time doing something of the sort as a collector. My first was fixing Transmetal II Megatron's neck gimmick. That was WAY back before I started collecting seriously though.

Thanks for posting I had only gotten a Voyager Prime so I didn't know about this. I have a Premium Prime on it's way so when I get it I'll be fixing it.
