I've been enjoying the art in all the TF books but damn I haven't realized how much I missed Milne. The art hasn't been bad by any means but this stuff is fried gold right here.

I think it's more so that Burcham's still using the same type of colouring as he has been for Zama.

Probably just the colours giving you that feel. I just did my own thing with the issue like I would if I was working on MTMTE and didn't try to match Kei's style at all.

    Yeah, it was the colors.

Maybe it's more accurate to say she emulates YOU well.

Not to knock Alex, but I think Kei emulates folks like Simon Bisley and Derek Yaniger more than anyone else.

Holy shit, Milne's art is amazing in this, and I love Zama. Goddamn, imagining what The Lost Light would have looked like with Milne's interiors kills me, I cannot believe IDW was so fucking stupid as to disrespect the guy and push him off the series because of a few postponed issues or whatever.

Wreck Gar and Rum-Maj were probably the most fun characters to draw in this for me. But how could you not like them? Kei did an amazing job designing them.

Oh, and let's not forget, the cover is amazing, too. I don't know who drew it, but I know what I like.
