Um, I'm kinda confused on this. When I first played the game after renting it a couple of days before the movie came out, Optimus' melee weapon appeared to be an axe much like WFC. But after seeing some multiplayer gameplay of it, it seems to be a handheld version of his dual Energon swords from the movies as opposed to an axe. Does anyone know because I'm lost?
ehhhhhh WFC he had a axe and a double bladed axe, so they kinda changed the melee weapons. I view it like this: optimus got a upgraded melee weapon when he went to earth and that was his sword. DOTM was after that so he still had it, but in WFC it was before earth. as for them changing it... they probably reconsidered.
