This thread contains spoilers from Nemesis Prime

    ++++++++++++++++++

In the end of Nemesis Prime, Optimus made a clever kill.
Optimus killed "Silas the human" with the very body of that Prime fake (at least seriously injured Silas).
He actually killed one human but not by the steel hands of himself.

    a) He didn't plan it,
    b) Silas isn't dead.
    Class dismissed.

    Ahaha

It was pretty stupid of Silas to lead the battle to the roof of the building he was in.

There were so many other things in this episode that were just weird that my suspension of disbelief couldn't handle. How did Bulkhead fall faster than the car (why even have Fowler fall off the bridge?) Why didn't Silas kill the Autobots instead of just leaving them there? Why didn't Silas stay cool like he always has and friggin move instead of staying where Nemesis was going to land? How the crap did Silas survive a truck and roof falling on him? How can he control the robot with just a handle and a lever? How can a human with said joystick and lever overpower thousands of year old aliens with a piece of technology they just developed?

Optimus didn't even know Silas was in there. I know you cna't tell by the painful monotone of his voice, but Optimus was surprised when he saw Fowler in there.

Maybe he's technically not alive but on total life support? Just a thought I had. I'm not to knowledgeable on life support limits and techniques so I could be way off in my thinking. But if MECH can build a fully transforming clone of Optimus it just makes me wonder what else they can do.

He was (presumably) hooked up to Breakdown, not Nemesis Prime.

I don't think Prime, meant to "kill" Silas just capture him.

Since, Silas was or is somewhat attached to Breakdown in the last episode, Silas may control Breakdown's limbs through some kind of "brain/mind machine" or perhaps insert Silas into Breakdown's body. (an offshoot of Headmasters.)

So, in a way, Silas is not all human anymore, so part of him is dead. (If you want to look at it, at that angle.)

while clone prime did land on Silas given how Prime's back is designed I don't think Silas got the full weight applied to him (to me the exhaust pipes took the brunt of it)

Here are are my best attempts to explain all this.

Through ignorance, I guess. But you could pretend he pushed himself, instead of jumping, which caused him to fall faster. He would have a powerful foot, being a giant robot and all.

Silas may not have wanted to take on three Autobots at once as this was his first field test. I think it was a smart move.

Silas didn't keep calm when Nemesis fell on him because fighting Fowler got his adrenalin up which caused him to panic when Optimus started destroying Nemesis. Just when he tried to calm himself, he saw the roof and Nemesis falling on him and the panic mixed with trying to stay calm caused him to stay still.

    IDK how he survived.

We can assume the chair Silas used to control Nemesis had pedal to control his legs and perhaps had motion detectors to detect how his torso moves.

Silas could beat Optimus due to the fact that humans, due to their short life span, can learn faster. Silas possibly had more experience than Optimus. As for Silas' lack of practice, I don't know how to explain that part.

Well, I didn't provide explanations (excuses) for all of them but hopefully enough to make the episode more tolerable.
