Removed the turret, and did some major cutting to a Megatron head AND Optimal Optimus head to make this new head bringing forth the Beast Machines FINALLE form of Megatron.
Did you remove the accursed beast mode? (I think that was what Megs said but I'm usually wrong). Nicely done
I really like the idea and you pulled it off pretty well but that paint job is so fantastic that I wish it was just Optimus Primal repainted. Probably just because I thought the whole Beast Machines ending was bad and ran the beast Transformers era into the ground hard. That darker orange looks SO much better.
Interesting take, pretty sweet. Great paint job, but for some reason I would have loved some purple scheme a la beast Megs.
lol thanks true! this is the only custom from that series i'd bother doing. yeah it was. I refuse to accept the story. but megatron in that body was pretty cool. LOL!!! no he still has the beast mode. It's not that hard if you have a junker primal lying around. The head attaches by peg like that of a weapon. It's removable. Thank you! Me too but the series has him in blue :/ its meant to be accurate Nothing a saw, and a dremil cant fix
Because he only used it sometimes in bot mode, but the figure doesnt retract it, it makes bot mode weaker than the other 3 modes, but with a detachable turret, u could have the best of all 4 modes. Me too. Its the only episode i really thought was neat
i love the custom, but i have to weigh in on the beast machines.. compared to beast wars.. i honestly hated it.. only watched it to just see how it ended.. but ya... ugh. until i saw megs use optimals body i was like FINALLY, something to look forward to.. i think i just really hated the "morphing" transformations and the whole organic stuff.. i like to think beast wars ended just like that. when they flew away from earth =P
Just wondering, how did you remove the turret and what does the head sit on after? Does this still transform?
Brilliant, TBH I'm surprised that Perfect Effect didn't think to include a swappable face with Gorija to replicate this
