    Enjoy guys...

YouTube - Video Review of the Transformers Dark of the Moon; Deluxe Class Bumblebee

Also, on twitter, some people had asked me about swapping out the arms with the Battle Blades Bumblebee and the new DOTM version. I decided to take some pictures.

Here is the Battle Blades Bumblebee with both of the DOTM Bees arms. The ball joints are essentially the same size but are a hair bigger on the Battle Blades version, giving a very snug fit. You notice the size difference of the joint more when trying to put the DOTM versions on the Battle Blades version. Doing that leaves the arms very loose and floppy. But this way works nicely

Here is the Battle Blades version with one of each arm on. There is a slight difference in the length of the two figures arms. However in robot mode, it's almost not noticeable.

The nice thing is, no matter what configuration you use, both arms still fully store for transformation. In this shot, you can see more clearly the length difference between the two figures arms. But again, that difference is almost not noticeable in robot mode itself.

Here's a little better shot showing the hands fully extended.

But as i said, both arms sets tuck into position perfectly while in vehicle mode and doesn't cause any problems during transformation. In fact, due to the smaller forearm pads on the new DOTM version, it creates more space for the arms to fit when tucking them under for vehicle mode and makes the inside "seating" area look less cluttered.

Hope this helps some people out

On a slightly more personal note, i prefer having the DOTM arms on the Battle Blades figure. I like the way the elbows are articulated on the DOTM version far more than the Battle Blades guy. I always hated how the Battle Blades figures elbow bent and you basically couldn't do a "handshake" sort of movement.

I am so doing that arm swap. I can't be doing with gimmicks in figures that take up lots of space and restrict poseability etc. Thanks for showing us this! :thumbs2:

    Also "FANTASTICAL!" :lolol

Great review Optibotimus. Addressed pretty much every single question I had on this figure.

Really digging this figure. The smaller size is preferable to me and I've always disliked the overly long neck on bb bee. Just wish there was some grey plastic inside the legs.

Can't you open the roof, put the windows up and then close back the roof?

nope...not enough room with the mesh parts there. Even if you did, the mesh would still be there, just now on the outside of the windows.

Well, that's what I mean, with the meshes outside of the window.
