Wanted to know if anybody had an opinion on this television: 32" LCD HDTV

Am I going to miss out on a lot if I go 1080i instead of 1080p? What's the biggest difference between interlace and progressive? And why is the resolution 1366x768 (seems kind of an odd resolution).

Main reason why I'm looking at it is because it's a decent size and I should be able to get it for cheap!

the way i see it, unless your going 40"-up, you wont see a big difference between 1080p and 720p. just go for 720p 32" tvs. as far as brand, i'd recommend either sony or samsung, you'll get your money's worth. hope this helps.

Don't go that cheap on a flatcreen. when i got mine 3 years ago i was going for this crappy 32 inch magnavox walked out with a 32 inch Samsung. if you only have $250 right now save it and when you get another $250 get yourself a decent TV.

Wait, I'm confused. What is wrong with this TV? Everything about it is already better than what I have, I'm tempted into getting one as well.

As I understand it, progressive has better motion than interlaced, right? I also just learned about interlace twitter...

Lol I seen that tv and think I'll pick it up as well since it's only $246 and I don't have a HDTV yet.
