i can't really comment. i threw a tizzy in my local Papa John's around the end of January. after filling out an online account with my address and specific directions to my house listed in 2 SEPARATE spots over 18 months ago, and never getting a pizza delivered in less than 90 minutes- I live less than 10 minutes away- i hit my breaking point when i ordered and waited till 3 hours later i called and they told me i wasn't home. had to drive to the store and they would not give me a refund and they told me they could only give me the cold, 3 hour old pizza on the rack. FUCKIN" Illiterates. did i get into a fight? No. But i told em ordering from a store 30 miles east woulda been quicker.
