Online Retailer Problem

    Not sure if this is General Discussion or Toy Ark, so I'll just give it a try here.

    About a month ago, I placed an order with Bill's Toys and Games for some Marvel Legends figures. I waited about 3 weeks for the package to arrive, being that I selected the USPS shipping option. Finally, I send an email to the "payments" address given in their "Your package has shipped" email to me. I got no response after about a week. I have since tried both the emails in their "Contact Us" section with no response after about five days for the first and two for the second. My credit card was charged for my order on Sept. 17th and I still don't have my order and no one will respond to me. I'm trying to give the benefit of the doubt here, but I can't keep that up much longer. Anyone have any recommendations?
