BBC News - Pigeons force Kings of Leon to abandon concert
In the mouth. Ewwww.
These people have obviously never seen a GWAR concert.
It wasn't even the singer, but the bassist? Take your water bottle, rinse your face, swig out, have the roadies bring you some peroxide or alcohol to rinse with and finish the damn show.
Seriously, this is what rock has come to? The show must go on you weens.
Eh, they're a shit band anyway.
What did Gene and Dean do to get dragged into this?
As for Kings of Leon, I'm with the pigeons.
"And I need SOMEBODEEEEEEEEEEEE.....to get this fucking bird shit outta my mouth!"
This story warms my heart.
Well, he was probably having a crappy day anyway.
How many pigeons will I need to amass to drive Kings of Leon out of the music business entirely?
Fucking crybabies. Same thing happened to Cyndi Lauper and she kept rocking.
REALLY? This stopped their show? Kings of Leon = Pussies.
Hopefully the attendants have gotten a refund or the band will perform there again, with tickets being honored.
I think they're a great band and if a bird shat in my mouth I would have called it a day too.
Man up, emo kids.
They did the audience a favor. But really, what babies
These guys are wussies... I once saw a pelican poop directly on an old lady that was in a line at a zoo. Do you know how big a pelican is?!?!?!? they're the size of medium sized dogs!!!! Talk about a crappy day for her!
She went to the bathroom and cleaned up... i know because I passed here in the park at least 3 times after it happened. She was wearing the same jacket, but cleaned it off.
Kings of Leon - 0, BA Grandma - 200
You guys calling them pussies, I would LOVE to see your reaction the second a bird took a big friggin' dump in your mouth. I have no opinion either way about KOL's music, but I guess I can agree that putting on a concert does obligate you to rinse your mouth out and keep going.
The article states that it was near his mouth according to their publicist.
