This is pretty suspect, but if true 

 

I believe they live Florida? I think. Man if this was a hoax this is a poor attempt at attention.

 

  I never got the chance to know him, but I wish I could have. I'll keep his family in my prayers.

Definitely suspect. The "brother" and Jeffrey8395 even employ the same unusual writing style with unnecessary capitalization of letters.

no intention to be disrespectful, but this either seems like-

A - He didnt die, and is faking his own death.
B - His brother's happier about getting his brother's game system than he is upset about his brother's death.

Maybe he got sick and never went to a doctor to be diagnosed and treated, and instead opted for herbal therapy.

Very good point. Yeah, this caused me to delete him from my PSN Friends list today. Regardless of whether it's actually him or not, whoever is playing "jakblak" now is a complete butthole and I have no desire to play with him.

 

So, after the final post in the thread over on my board, I'm not sure that he's dead.

Just the posting style is damn near identical, the manner it was posted in, and the fact that his "brother" will just assume control over his role in the clan.

I'm setting the account to Inactive and that will be that.

I'm looking into finding an obit since I also live in FL, but this may be a bit tricky.

 

Know I'm not suppose to double post, but I thought that this would be worth it.

After looking into this further, I found a pattern that repeats, the pattern is the word COG.

His avatar was changed to that about a week ago, his "brothers" post today said that he is COG, and his e-mail was changed to an e-mail that has COG within the name.

So I ran a search on the e-mail name and it brought me to a Mega Man fan site, he had posted on my board about a fan game Mega Man game that he was working on. The MM site had a post made by him today and it was an update to the game, the interested part of this is the fact that his username there is....COG.

Another interesting note is this, we have a thread going on about where we are located at, he specifically had said Florida and his location had always reflected that, but today his location was switched to just Southern US.

Combine this with the fact that the posting styles are the same, I'd say he was trying to get attention and though he could grab some from us over at The Wreckers.

His account has been banned, and I have removed him from my friends list on PSN.

If I find an obit, then I will put his account into the Decommissioned Wreckers list within the clan.
