    Found it at Zellers. It's an Alternator Rollbar assembled with some of Hound's parts (specifically the hood and arms). There may be more Hound bits, but I'm not about to release such a priceless oddity from his plastic prison to check.

    it's easy to get the bubble of the cardboard by loosening the glue with a blowdryer, then just glueing it back on after replacing anything inside
