What would you say if you were one of the characters in the movies after each of their on screen fights or kills? The rules are that you have to be a character from the movie and the fight/kill must happen the same way it did in the movie or novelization.
Optimus after TF1 fight: "Feels good, bro." Optimus after TF2 fight: "Get this shit off me." Optimus after TF3 fight: "Buck wild."
If I was Optimus Prime, I would say "You've just been tomahawk'd." Particularly after the fight with Megs in DOTM.
I want Ratchet to quote the Doomguy after he kills someone. "I've got a handful of vertebrae and a headful of mad. Yeah, that's your spinal cord, baby."

(Ironhide: Who...wait, oh shit! AHHHH) Optimus after Sentinel leaves him alive: I will have your face...soon. Optimus after shooting down the Decepticon fighter: We will kill them all...and take their faces. Leadfoot and Roadbuster: Wreckers, tear him apart with your bare hands/This is going to be extremely painful as we rip off your limbs one by one. Optimus going for the Driller: I'll find your face somewhere! Ratchet struggling with the Protoform: Enjoy your face whilst you still can! Optimus before killing Shockwave: Well, this is rather awkward...you appear to lack a face. Oh screw it, you die now! Optimus chatting with Sentinel: You were the one who taught me everyone had a right to their faces, RAWRRRR! Ratchet shooting the Pillar: Die Cybertron die! Megatron bashing Sentinel: I ARE MAD, AND YOU ABOUT TO BE MAD TOO! Optimus before murdering Megatron: I will not make the same mistake of leaving you with a face.
When Bumblebee blasts Soundwave's head off he quotes Marcus Fenix through the radio (some how...): Ugh, got some on me, now I'll get cooties... Also in TF3 when Prime rips Shockwave's neck out, some one should cut in the scene from Predator when it rips the spine and skull out of that guy on the tree.
