Googles: THS 02 - Hybrid Style Convoy | Shadowbot

I have one btw and it is complete awesome on a stick less a single altmode flaw.

As to why it's called a hybrid.... *shrugs* I can only speculate and I'm probably wrong....

Isn't it really small? Like 4 inches or something?

Hybrid Convoy is a small Convoy toy with Die cast. It has a pretty complex transformation, and has a lot of gimmicks, like changeable hands, a matrix, ion cannon, and a trailer ith a little roller (I think)

From what I understand (and read from the provided link) it's a really nice looking figure. It's just teeny.

You can't even compare the two they are no where near the same league.

Think Masterpiece meets Revoltech. It has tons of accessories, highly posable, diecast. Just very tiny, lol.

It's WAY better than the asstastic 2-pack deluxe Prime. But yes as others have said it's tiny. Smaller than most Scout class toys.

It's a MUCH better figure than Classics 2-pack Prime (and yes, it's only about 4.5 inches tall). It's die-cast, ultra-posable, and comes with many accessories including Roller, a jetpack, and a trailer.

Sadly, one thing it DOES have in common with 2-pack Prime is a jumbly, terrible truck mode. But the figure is so cool in all other ways that it makes up for it.

This should help with scale ...it's a great figure I wish they would have continued the line. I've got the cybertron/galaxy force one too. THS01. They supposedly made a galaxy force megatron proto. Oh yeah he has a removable matrix.

It looks like a great figure, besides the alt mode. Lots of accessories and it comes with a trailer. Sweet!

Think of it as what a Masterpiece figure would look like, had they kept the been really small.

    Ebay:
I'm not a fan of him. He is floppy and his pieces tend to fall off. IMHO he is a glorified action master with super poseability. Once you transform him to truck mode, you will probably never do it again, which means you will probably throw the trailer back in the box, which is a shame because it is the best thing about the toy. I really regret paying the $65 for the toy I did when he first came out. If you want a Prime to pose in action stances, get the Revoltech for $20, and he is bigger too.
